Attorney Ross advises in many areas of the law and strives to represent clients with compassion and diligence. She realizes the issues that her clients may face during their legal matters and understands the importance of adequate guidance and representation.

Carshena attended private school for both elementary and high school, Undergraduate studies at Illinois State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice Sciences. She then went on to obtain her Law Degree (JD) from DePaul University College of Law in 2002.

Since graduating, Attorney Ross has gained years of legal experience and has maintained her certifications and licenses by actively attending legal courses and conferences to stay up to date with the changes in the law. She is passionate about the law and providing help to all of her clients. Attorney Ross firmly believes effective communication is key in her legal representation and, ultimately, shared decision-making.

Attorney Ross is admitted to practice law before the Illinois Supreme Court, the Northern District of Illinois. She is a member of both the Cook County and Illinois State Bar Associations. She is also a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator and can competently handle all real estate matters.
